About Me

I’m Jess Klinger, a runner, a mom, and someone who tends to think better after a few miles, even if they’re not particularly fast.

I’ve run marathons, taken plenty of walk breaks, and learned that consistency matters more than perfection. Running is something I do because it helps me feel like myself, not because I’m chasing a specific identity or outcome. Some seasons look disciplined. Others look less so. Both count.

When I’m not running, I’m at home with my kids, homeschooling, juggling schedules, and trying to keep life feeling manageable instead of maximized. I care a lot about doing things well.

This blog is where I put the longer thoughts. The ones that don’t fit neatly into a caption. I ruminate about running, motherhood, and the overlap between the two, along with occasional behind-the-scenes reflections on online work and content creation. Nothing here is meant to be prescriptive. It’s simply real life.

If you’ve ever felt behind, unsure, or like you’re making things up as you go, you’re in good company. Most of us are.

Thanks for being here.

Jess Klinger
